Carmine Filippone

Prior to joining Avantax Investment Services^SM as a Registered Representative, Carmine began his career as a Certified Public Accountant. He received his bachelor's degree from SUNY New Paltz in 1997 and has been an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants since 2000.

Carmine's decision to become a Financial Advisor in addition to a CPA was founded on the vision that clients need a trusted advisor to help map out financial objectives and someone to give sound investment advice while acting in the clients best interest at all times.

Carmine and his wife Christine live in Yorktown Heights with their son and daughter. Carmine enjoys being an active member in his community and is currently involved in coaching his son's little league team. His hobbies include golf, sports, traveling and the outdoors.
